Relax
As the holidays quickly approach, it is time to sit down and put your feet up. Go ahead, the rest of the world will wait for just a moment or two. You have been so busy taking care of everyone else that it is now time to take a while for yourself.
Read a good book - not related to Girl Scouting or crafts.
Eat your favorite dessert, and dump cake isn't necessary.
Light a fire and don't cook s'mores.
Appreciate a quiet moment without a group of giggling girls.
Experience wach day with renewed energy.
Take a ddep breath, let it out slowly. Stretch. Now smile. You just took time to yourself and you feel so much better for having done so. The world didn't come to an end, the kids didn't starve, and the cleaning is still there to do.
